You will collaborate with global engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize software that enables Intel Confidential Computing technologies across cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-prem environments.
You will be part of a high-impact organization focused on security and privacy, working on technologies such as Intel Software Guard (Intel SGX) Extension, Intel Trust Domain Extension (Intel TDX) and Data Center Attestation Primitives (DCAP), and contributing to solutions adopted by leading cloud providers and enterprises worldwide.
About the Team
You will join a Poland-based engineering team that is an integral part of Intel's broader Confidential Computing global organization. Our teams work closely across regions to design, build, and operate security-critical services that enable trusted execution environments in cloud platforms.
We operate in an agile, highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with product teams and engineering counterparts in the US and other geographies. The work is fast-paced and delivery-focused, with strong ownership of both feature development and production service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, validate, and debug cloud software enabling Intel Confidential Computing technologies
- Build and maintain microservices-based architecture
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation, improving development velocity and reliability
- Collaborate across teams to deliver production-grade cloud services
- Develop unit, functional, integration and end-to-end tests
- Participate in open-source and ecosystem enablement efforts when applicable

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-4+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong programming skills in Java, Node.js
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Experience with Linux environments
- Strong debugging and software validation skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, supporting production services, incident response, and operational excellence
- Ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code assistants, automation tools) to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, and delivery speed
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Python, C++, Rust
- Familiarity with Argo (ArgoCD / workflows) or modern DevOps tooling
- Understanding of cloud platforms and architecture (K8s, containers)
- Knowledge of software security and cryptography fundamentals
- Exposure to Confidential Computing technologies (SGX, TDX)
- Experience contributing to open-source projects

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
Annual Salary Range for this job which could be performed in Poland is: 157 970,00 zł - zł360,720.00

The compensation range displayed in this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education, training. As part of our total compensation approach, the final offer may include additional pay components and benefits. Your recruiting team will share the confirmed base salary along with any applicable total compensation elements upon employment offer delivery.Work Model for this Role
