  • Prepare and support external financial reporting deliverables, including SEC filings (10-Q/10-K support), financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and executive management reporting packages.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and validation of consolidated results, including variance analysis, non-GAAP measures, and identification of unusual trends or risks.
  • Partner with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure accurate actuals, support forecasting and budgeting cycles, and maintain alignment between operational and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate external audit activities, support internal control compliance, and ensure documentation and responsiveness for audit requests and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor evolving US GAAP standards, support technical accounting assessments, and assist with implementation of new guidance and complex transactions.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
    • 7+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience, including exposure to public accounting and/or corporate reporting environments.
    • Strong expertise in US GAAP and financial statement preparation, with experience in multi-entity consolidations and complex organizational structures.
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, or equivalent).
    • SEC reporting experience (10-Q, 10-K) strongly preferred.
    • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Process improvement mindset with the ability to enhance reporting efficiency and financial systems.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
      • Retirement savings plan with employer support
      • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave policies
      • Professional development and career growth opportunities
