    • Strong background in AI-enabled engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, SDLC automation, or developer productivity tooling.
    • Experience designing and executing roadmaps that translate strategy into measurable engineering outcomes.
    • Hands-on understanding of CI/CD systems, developer workflows, and modern software delivery toolchains.
    • Familiarity with AI agents, copilots, or ML-driven automation systems applied to engineering productivity.
    • Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance models, and secure deployment patterns for enterprise environments.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering, security, IT, and product organizations.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to drive adoption and behavior change at scale.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package with base salary estimated between $168,160 – $315,300 USD, plus bonus and equity eligibility.
      • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options depending on location.
      • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
      • Bonus, stock, and long-term incentive opportunities tied to performance and impact.
      • Inclusive, collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
      • Opportunities to shape cutting-edge AI-driven engineering practices at enterprise scale.
      • Professional growth in a high-impact leadership role at the forefront of AI and software delivery transformation.
