Program Manager, Community (Contract)

This role is focused on shaping and scaling high-impact community programs that directly influence customer learning, engagement, and product adoption. You will design and operationalize initiatives that connect users, enable peer-to-peer learning, and strengthen the overall customer ecosystem. The position sits within a broader digital programs function that integrates community, education, and AI-driven learning experiences. You will play a key role in turning community engagement into a measurable driver of product usage and customer success. The environment is fast-moving, experimental, and highly cross-functional, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where needed, and enjoys transforming ideas into scalable systems. You will also help advance AI adoption by enabling customers to move from exploration to meaningful usage.

Accountabilities:

  • Scale and evolve community-led programs by building structured systems, playbooks, and processes that support both virtual and in-person user groups.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support community leaders while enabling them to independently run successful local and regional engagement initiatives.
  • Design and execute engagement programs that increase participation, peer learning, and customer advocacy across community and social platforms, including Reddit.
  • Identify and amplify customer success stories, best practices, and AI-driven use cases to strengthen community value and adoption.
  • Build and maintain operational infrastructure including dashboards, workflows, documentation, and reporting systems to support program growth.
  • Monitor community health and performance metrics, translating insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, education, and customer success teams to align community initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–7+ years of experience in community management, program management, customer engagement, customer education, or related operational roles.
    • Proven experience building and scaling community programs such as ambassador networks, user groups, or advocacy-driven initiatives.
    • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, build repeatable processes, and drive end-to-end execution.
    • Experience working in SaaS or product-led growth environments, with exposure to customer lifecycle or adoption programs.
    • Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to foster engagement and knowledge sharing across diverse audiences.
    • Analytical mindset with experience measuring program impact and using data to guide decisions and improvements.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
    • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, or operational efficiency is highly valued.
