Analista Contábil

This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial and accounting records across a diverse client portfolio. You will play a key part in producing reliable financial information that supports strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance. The position involves detailed accounting analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. You will also contribute to the delivery of mandatory tax and accounting obligations, ensuring all reports are completed accurately and within deadlines. Accountabilities:
- Perform full accounting bookkeeping activities, including bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and financial index analysis.
- Execute and ensure accuracy of accounting records for companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes.
- Prepare, validate, and submit accounting and tax obligations such as DEFIS, ECD, and ECF.
- Register accounting books with commercial boards and regulatory authorities when required.
- Support internal teams by resolving technical accounting queries and providing guidance on accounting processes.
- Assist in workload distribution, issue resolution, and participation in internal meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal quality controls.
- Degree in Accounting Sciences and active CRC registration.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting principles and advanced accounting regulations.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Questor or similar systems).
- Intermediate knowledge of taxation, including payroll-related taxes.
- Strong experience in preparing, validating, and transmitting ECD and ECF obligations.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and financial statement analysis with accuracy.
- Familiarity with Brazilian accounting and tax compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial and accounting reporting processes.
