Senior Full Stack Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Brazil.

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling security infrastructure platform building foundational tools for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access in modern cloud environments. You will work on highly technical, high-impact systems used by engineering teams to secure critical infrastructure at scale. The work spans full stack development across backend-heavy security services and modern frontend interfaces, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and technical leadership to design and ship core product capabilities, including new security primitives and integrations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership environment where engineers are expected to move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and solve complex distributed systems challenges. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape a category-defining developer security platform.

You will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of a modern full stack security platform, working across frontend and backend systems while shaping core product capabilities.

• Build and maintain full stack features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, ensuring scalability and performance across the platform
• Develop and enhance core product areas including secrets management, PKI, SSH, and KMS-related functionality
• Design and implement secure, high-performance backend services and APIs for enterprise-scale usage
• Collaborate directly with technical leadership and, when needed, enterprise customers to refine requirements and deliver solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help define engineering best practices across the stack
• Experiment with new approaches, including applying AI capabilities to security infrastructure use cases
• Support system reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement of core platform components

Requirements:

You are a strong full stack engineer with deep experience in modern JavaScript ecosystems and a proven ability to build scalable, production-grade systems.

• 3+ years of experience working with React, Node.js, and TypeScript in production environments
• Strong understanding of full stack architecture, API design, and scalable backend systems
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on code quality, security, and maintainability
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate quickly
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and technical stakeholders
• Based in Brazil or broader South America (North or South America eligible for the role)
• Experience with Go, DevOps tooling, or developer infrastructure is a plus
• Previous startup, open-source, or developer tools experience is an advantage
