This field-based clinical and technical role supports advanced endoscopy solutions within hospital and clinical environments, acting as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal product experts. You will provide hands-on support during clinical procedures, ensuring optimal use of specialized endoscopic equipment while enhancing patient care outcomes. The role combines clinical expertise, customer education, and sales support in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You will play a critical part in driving successful product demonstrations and ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of complex medical technologies. Working closely with healthcare professionals, you will deliver training, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance in real time. Accountabilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical and technical support for endoscopy equipment, ensuring proper setup, usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance in hospital and clinical environments.
  • Lead pre-demonstration preparation and coordination to ensure successful clinical product demonstrations in collaboration with sales representatives and partners.
  • Deliver hands-on training and education to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of endoscopic systems and related equipment.
  • Support sales initiatives by assisting with product demonstrations and contributing to revenue growth within assigned territories as directed.
  • Act as a clinical subject matter expert on endoscopic procedures, including guidance on reprocessing techniques and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain educational materials and collaborate with product, marketing, and internal teams to enhance customer training resources.
  • Provide structured reporting, customer insights, and field feedback to management while maintaining accurate customer and activity data in internal systems.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in clinical support, medical device field support, or healthcare sales, ideally within GI or pulmonary flexible endoscopy environments.
    • Strong understanding of endoscopic procedures, with advanced therapeutic experience considered a strong asset.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical and clinical concepts to diverse healthcare audiences.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced clinical settings.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general digital reporting systems.
    • Comfortable working in a highly mobile field role with approximately 75% travel and frequent hospital-based work environments.
