This role plays a key part in expanding access to life-saving medical alert services for seniors and at-risk individuals, helping them maintain independence and safety at home. You will act as a field-based healthcare liaison, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations who influence patient referrals. The position focuses on educating partners about services that support safe transitions from hospital to home and long-term independent living. You will work across a defined territory, engaging hospitals, clinics, and senior care networks to increase awareness and adoption. This is a highly people-focused, mission-driven role that blends field sales, relationship management, and healthcare advocacy. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving referral growth and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders across your assigned territory.
- Achieve referral and growth targets by engaging healthcare professionals and influencing patient referrals to Lifeline services
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and relationship-building meetings with hospitals, clinics, and community healthcare providers
- Distribute educational materials and brochures to medical offices, healthcare institutions, and senior community organizations
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate, timely documentation of all activities and stakeholder interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams including regional managers, marketing, and service representatives to optimize referral strategies
- Participate in regular business reviews and contribute insights on territory performance and opportunities
- Manage territory planning, scheduling, and travel logistics to maximize coverage and impact
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven professional with experience in field sales or healthcare environments, and strong communication skills.
- 1–2 years of field sales or healthcare-related experience (healthcare industry knowledge is an asset)
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals and community stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a field-based role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Bilingual in French and English is required
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle and ability to travel within the assigned territory (including occasional overnight travel)
