This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling, product-driven technology organization, where hiring exceptional talent is a core strategic priority. You will act as a full-cycle technical recruiter, supporting hiring across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market functions. The role blends sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder partnership, requiring strong judgment and the ability to adapt quickly across diverse hiring needs. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams by identifying top talent, shaping candidate experience, and influencing hiring decisions. Accountabilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using outbound channels, referrals, networking, and inbound pipelines.
  • Conduct structured first-round interviews to assess technical ability, cultural fit, and role alignment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate talent, and refine hiring strategies.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and engagement.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and outreach strategies to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Represent the organization externally and help attract top-tier talent through compelling storytelling and engagement.
  • Requirements:

    • 4–6+ years of experience in recruiting, with strong exposure to technical hiring in fast-paced environments.
    • Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates across engineering, product, or technical domains.
    • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate both technical depth and behavioral fit.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders and candidates.
    • Ability to quickly learn new domains and translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in managing multiple concurrent hiring pipelines.
    • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and take initiative in ambiguous situations.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
