This is a dynamic end-to-end technical recruitment role focused on identifying, engaging, and securing top IT software talent across Latin America and international markets. You will act as a true talent hunter, responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment processes across a wide range of technical profiles, including developers, QA engineers, data specialists, DevOps, AI, and cybersecurity professionals. The role requires a strong mix of sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and consultative recruitment skills in a fast-paced, global environment. You will collaborate closely with international clients and hiring teams, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and successful placements. This position is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives on sourcing passive talent and building strong technical pipelines. The environment is remote-first, multicultural, and highly performance-driven, with strong emphasis on autonomy and ownership.
Accountabilities:
- Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes for IT software roles across multiple technical domains.
- Execute advanced sourcing and headhunting strategies across LATAM and international talent markets.
- Identify, engage, and assess high-quality candidates for roles in development, QA, data, DevOps, AI, cybersecurity, and related fields.
- Conduct structured interviews, technical screenings, and cultural fit evaluations.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide recruitment updates to internal and external clients.
- Negotiate offers and support the full hiring process through to successful placement.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of bilingual and senior-level IT professionals.
- Leverage Boolean search and sourcing tools across professional networks and recruitment platforms.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Work independently while collaborating with distributed, international teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically within software or technology-focused companies.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and active headhunting of technical profiles.
- Strong background recruiting IT talent across LATAM markets, including developers, QA, data, BI, UX/UI, DevOps, and related roles.
- Experience sourcing and engaging bilingual candidates for international clients.
- Solid command of Boolean search techniques and modern sourcing strategies.
- Experience working with mid- to senior-level technical roles in competitive talent markets.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in global or multicultural recruitment environments is a plus.
- Exposure to U.S. or other international hiring markets is considered an advantage.
