This role is a key driver of tech hiring success within a fast-moving, international environment.
You will be responsible for attracting and securing top technical talent, with a strong focus on specialized Security profiles.
The position plays a direct role in shaping engineering and tech team growth across critical business functions.
You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in hiring.
A strong emphasis is placed on candidate experience, stakeholder alignment, and process efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting top tech candidates, with a focus on Security and specialized technical roles.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for technical teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes from job posting through to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and structured process management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and deliver successful hires.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within technical or IT-focused environments.
    • Proven experience hiring for software engineering, IT, or other technical roles, including Security-related positions.
    • Strong experience conducting competency-based and structured interviews.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic hiring environment.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
