This is a high-impact product marketing role at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, focused on shaping how enterprise SaaS solutions are positioned and adopted in the market. You will play a key role in defining value narratives, translating complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes, and enabling go-to-market teams to win in competitive environments. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, sales leaders, and marketing teams to drive positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that directly influence revenue growth. You will act as the voice of the customer, bringing market insights and real-world feedback into product and commercial decisions. Accountabilities:
- Develop and own product positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate value propositions for different procurement and enterprise buyer personas.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and solution expansions across global markets.
- Create impactful sales enablement content such as pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer success stories to support revenue teams.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to design training programs that improve product understanding and sales effectiveness across go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive integrated campaigns that support pipeline growth, adoption, and customer retention.
- Gather and synthesize market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform messaging, positioning, and product strategy.
- Act as a key advocate for the voice of the customer by engaging directly with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Support analyst relations activities by contributing to narrative development, briefing materials, and positioning for industry evaluations.
- Influence product roadmap discussions by translating market needs and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS environments, ideally in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or enterprise software domains.
- Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and successfully launching products with measurable business impact.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and customer-centric messaging.
- Experience creating high-quality sales enablement materials and supporting revenue teams in competitive selling environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from market data, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, customers, and internal leadership teams in both presentation and advisory settings.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and business audiences.
- Self-starter attitude with strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
