Let’s Talk about the Role…

As a DC Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play an important role in helping our Distribution Centre teams work smarter, safer and more efficiently.

Working as part of the EMEA Continuous Improvement team, you will support the delivery of improvement initiatives across the site, helping to embed lean thinking, problem solving and a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, driving positive change and collaborating with others to make a real impact in a fast-paced operational environment.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the Distribution Centre, helping to improve safety, quality, cost and service performance.

  • Work closely with operational teams to identify process inefficiencies, remove waste and implement practical, sustainable improvements.

  • Use problem-solving tools and data insights to investigate root causes, reduce recurring issues and improve overall operational performance.

  • Help embed lean thinking and continuous improvement principles through coaching, collaboration and hands-on support across teams and shifts.

  • Contribute to the governance and deployment of CI frameworks, process standards and improvement programmes, including idea generation initiatives.

  • Support projects, testing activities and new initiatives by helping to assess feasibility, monitor results and ensure smooth implementation.

What You Bring

We’d love to hear from you if you are passionate about continuous improvement and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

You will bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the confidence to work with colleagues across different teams and levels of the organisation.

An interest in lean principles, process improvement and problem solving will help you succeed in this role, and experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, retail or engineering environments would be an advantage.
