This role is a high-impact opportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that shape how global organizations operate, communicate, and evolve. You will be responsible for driving the people side of change across complex, multi-region programs, ensuring alignment between strategy, leadership, and execution. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will translate ambiguous strategic goals into structured, actionable change plans that enable adoption and measurable business outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, highly matrixed, and collaborative, requiring strong executive presence and adaptability. You will work across diverse teams and geographies, navigating organizational complexity while maintaining clarity and momentum. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring alignment across global teams and business units.
- Develop and execute integrated change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planning.
- Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and organizational dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.
- Partner with program and project leaders to embed change management practices into delivery plans from design through post-implementation stabilization.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and executive discussions to ensure clarity, shared accountability, and consistent messaging.
- Design and deliver executive-level communications that translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling narratives.
- Define and track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change effectiveness measures to continuously improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic program delivery roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to operate in highly matrixed environments with competing priorities and ambiguity.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, dependency tracking, and milestone management.
- Experience working with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority.
- Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with adoption measurement, readiness assessments, and change analytics is a plus.
