This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager based in the United States.

This senior-level role owns the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of complex enterprise clients within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will be responsible for leading high-impact integration projects for large retail organizations with multi-market operations and sophisticated technical ecosystems. Acting as the primary post-sales technical delivery leader in the region, you will ensure seamless deployment of customer data and experience solutions that directly enable marketing performance and business growth. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture teams, as well as close partnership with global Professional Services peers. You will engage with both executive technical stakeholders and commercial leaders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and trust throughout the delivery lifecycle. Accountabilities:

Own and lead the full lifecycle of enterprise onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of complex integrations for large retail clients across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and post-go-live support for enterprise clients
  • Build detailed project plans, timelines, and risk frameworks to ensure predictable and transparent execution
  • Coordinate and align internal teams (Sales, CS, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering) with external client stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Lead client-facing meetings with structured communication, clear expectations, and consistent status reporting
  • Ensure integrations meet defined use cases, with full documentation, monitoring, and long-term maintainability
  • Capture delivery insights and feed them back into product and platform improvement discussions
  • Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 7+ years of experience in technical project management or professional services within enterprise SaaS, ideally supporting retail, eCommerce, or MarTech platforms with complex integrations.

    • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and SaaS architecture
    • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
    • Excellent project management discipline including planning, risk management, documentation, and delivery governance
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical (CTO-level) and non-technical (marketing/business) stakeholders
    • Strong commercial awareness of retail and eCommerce environments and how technology supports business outcomes
    • Highly organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as a regional owner in a global team structure
    • Confident problem solver with the ability to maintain momentum in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
