CRM Operations Manager

This role sits at the center of sales and marketing execution, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics CRM operates as a scalable, reliable, and adoption-driven system across multiple business units. The CRM Operations Manager will own platform optimization, data governance, and user enablement while acting as the key connector between Sales, Marketing, and IT teams. This position plays a critical role in improving pipeline visibility, lead management efficiency, and revenue operations alignment. You will design and enforce CRM best practices, support integrations with marketing automation tools, and ensure data quality across systems. The environment is highly cross-functional and fast-paced, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in structuring complex processes and driving adoption at scale.
Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end management and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales Hub), ensuring it supports evolving sales and marketing needs across business units.
- Develop, document, and enforce CRM processes, SOPs, and best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and reporting consistency.
- Manage CRM integrations with marketing automation and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow, lifecycle tracking, and accurate campaign attribution.
- Lead CRM training, onboarding, and user enablement initiatives, acting as the primary support resource to drive adoption and consistent usage.
- Oversee data governance and quality, including standardization, deduplication, validation, and alignment of CRM data with reporting and analytics needs.
- Serve as the cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable CRM workflows and improvements.
- 5–8 years of experience in CRM operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales Hub preferred).
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management (MQL, SQL, opportunity stages) and CRM-driven sales workflows.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Proven ability to develop SOPs, training materials, and user documentation to drive adoption and consistency.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.

Requirements
