This role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, operations, and cross-functional execution, ensuring organizations are prepared for rapidly evolving statutory and jurisdictional changes.
You will lead structured readiness efforts that translate complex legislative updates into clear, actionable execution plans across multiple teams.
The position plays a critical role in preventing customer disruption, reducing compliance risk, and safeguarding revenue through proactive planning and coordination.
You will work closely with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and timely implementation of regulatory changes.
A strong emphasis is placed on governance, risk management, and operational excellence in a highly dynamic environment.
You will also leverage AI-driven tools to improve analysis, documentation, and execution efficiency across workflows.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end statutory readiness initiatives, ensuring regulatory changes are translated into structured execution plans that prevent customer impact and support compliance readiness.
  • Facilitate recurring cross-functional forums to assess jurisdictional changes, align stakeholders, and drive clear action plans across teams.
  • Manage governance artifacts including agendas, documentation, risk logs, action tracking, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalation points across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Coordinate incident response efforts for compliance-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Establish and maintain scalable operating frameworks for statutory readiness, including intake, tracking, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
  • Apply AI tools to enhance regulatory analysis, streamline documentation, improve readiness tracking, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
    • 5–7+ years of experience in program or project management in complex, cross-functional environments.
    • 3+ years of experience working with regulatory, compliance, or operational risk programs.
    • Proven ability to translate complex regulatory or technical information into actionable execution plans across diverse teams.
    • Strong experience in stakeholder management across technical and business functions such as Compliance, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and execution timelines in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
    • Experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows, analysis, or operational efficiency is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and execution rigor.
