This role sits at the center of professional services execution, ensuring that customer implementations are delivered with structure, predictability, and operational excellence. You will oversee project timelines, resource planning, and delivery governance across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The position is highly cross-functional, working closely with delivery teams, technical experts, and leadership to maintain clarity and accountability across all projects. You will help transform delivery operations into a more automated, data-driven, and scalable function. A key part of the role involves improving visibility into project health and proactively mitigating risks before they impact clients. This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and driving execution discipline in dynamic environments. The working model is remote with U.S. shift overlap, supporting global customer delivery.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving structure, visibility, and execution discipline across all services delivery engagements. You will ensure projects are properly planned, resourced, tracked, and completed on time while maintaining high delivery standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements, including kickoff, milestone tracking, execution oversight, and project closure.
- Maintaining real-time project tracking systems integrated with CRM data, ensuring accurate visibility into timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- Leading resource planning and capacity management, matching team availability with incoming project demands.
- Developing and standardizing onboarding and implementation frameworks to ensure consistent and repeatable delivery processes.
- Monitoring project health, sending proactive alerts, and escalating risks before they impact delivery outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with delivery and technical teams to remove blockers and ensure execution alignment.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to automate project management workflows using AI and productivity tools.
- Delivering clear, structured weekly reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and overall portfolio health.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in managing software implementation or professional services delivery, along with a structured and proactive approach to execution. You should be comfortable working in fast-moving environments where clarity, ownership, and accountability are essential. Key requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in project or services delivery management, ideally in SaaS, software implementation, or professional services environments.
- Proven ability to design and maintain project tracking and delivery systems that are actively used by cross-functional teams.
- Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and calendar-based scheduling across multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and enforce clarity in project status and priorities.
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI platforms, or modern productivity systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and coordinate both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
