Job Description

The Sample Prep and Analysis (SPA) group develops and maintains software that automates the operation of Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEMs). Our solutions help customers in the semiconductor industry identify manufacturing defects, advance research, and improve production processes—enabling the development of more robust, reliable, and energy-efficient semiconductor devices.

We are looking for a Manager of Product Owners to join our SPA team. Are you ready to embrace a new challenge and become part of a well-established international company? In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Owners responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap of software that automates scanning electron microscopes with nanometer precision. Your work will contribute to the development of some of the world's smallest and most advanced semiconductor chips and memory devices.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support Product Owners in their professional development and career growth.
  • Coach Product Owners in Agile and scaled Agile practices, helping them excel in backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery.
  • Support the organization's Agile transformation by collaborating with leadership, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to drive change and promote shared values.
  • Guide Agile teams in collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, and removing impediments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and development partners to accelerate product development.
  • Champion Agile product management practices and support their adoption across the organization.
  • Identify execution risks and help teams develop effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner working in Agile teams.
  • Experience in larger Agile organizations, ideally using scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar.
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and leading people.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation toward Agile ways of working.
