[What you will be working on] 

This role focuses on enabling an integrated, end-to-end donor journey and supporting NCSS’s philanthropy efforts through digital products, aligned with organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategy & Outcomes: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes aligned with NCSS digital and donor programme priorities.
• End-to-End Donor Journey Enablement: Ensure seamless and user-centric donor experiences across the full lifecycle through integrated digital capabilities.
• Programme & Stakeholder Alignment: Align business, IT, and programme stakeholders to deliver coherent outcomes across donor management, experience, and operations streams
• Product Delivery & Governance: Lead product delivery with clear metrics, ensuring quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Data & Digital Capability Enablement: Leverage data and ecosystem integration to support decision-making and strengthen NCSS’s digital capabilities
• Delivery Partnership: Collaborate with Donor Programme Office, business stakeholders, IT/data teams, and external partners to deliver product outcomes.
• Metrics, Risk & Governance: Ensure instrumentation and dashboards for adoption/efficiency/quality; proactively manage risks (privacy/security, data quality, operational readiness).

[What we are looking for] 

• 4+ years of product management experience with evidence of shipping outcomes and leading cross functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong product craft: Discovery, Prioritisation, Metrics, Data-Driven, Stakeholder influence
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent in stakeholder management and communication
• Nice-to-have: Outsystems experience
