Territory Account Executive - Public Sector
The Experience
Join our Israel Public Sector sales team in Tel Aviv, where you'll own a territory of municipal and local government accounts and help them transform how they serve their communities using Salesforce's AI, Data, and CRM platform. Reporting to the RVP of Sales, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about making a real difference in the public sector — one city at a time.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory of municipalities — from prospecting and pipeline generation through to closing, with a focus on net-new business and expansion.
Build and grow trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers inside municipal organizations, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
Collaborate with marketing, alliances, and solution engineers to design compelling proposals that address the unique regulatory and operational needs of local government.
Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts in Salesforce on a weekly basis, and stay current on public sector trends and municipal policy priorities in Israel.
You're Our Person If...
You have proven experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex sales cycles.
You've sold into government, public sector, or regulated industries and understand how procurement and decision-making work in these environments.
You communicate with clarity and confidence — in Hebrew and English — and can build credibility quickly with executives and public officials alike.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Even Better If...
You have existing relationships with municipal or local government stakeholders in Israel.
You've worked with CRM or government digital transformation initiatives and can speak to the business value of AI-powered platforms.
