Vice President of Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Sales based in United Kingdom.

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth and scaling a high-performance go-to-market organization across EMEA. You will own the full sales strategy and execution for one of the company’s most critical growth regions, shaping how the business expands across enterprise and mid-market segments. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to build, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams while ensuring strong operational discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders in marketing, product, customer success, and revenue operations to align regional priorities and accelerate growth. This is a high-visibility position where your decisions will directly influence market expansion, customer acquisition, and overall business success. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building scalable sales organizations, and brings strong commercial instincts in complex enterprise sales cycles.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and scale the EMEA sales organization across enterprise, mid-market, and commercial segments, ensuring consistent performance and strong team development.
  • Own regional revenue targets and drive predictable growth through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and execution excellence.
  • Design and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy, including territory planning, segmentation, and prioritization of key markets and verticals.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish strong operational rhythms across the sales organization, including forecasting reviews, pipeline inspection, and performance tracking.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to align regional execution with company strategy.
  • Represent the EMEA market internally by providing structured feedback on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regional opportunities.
  • Support and develop executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers, prospects, and strategic partners.
  • Drive consistent improvement in sales methodologies, playbooks, and regional go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience, including significant leadership responsibility in fast-growing environments.
    • Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales organizations across the EMEA region.
    • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding revenue targets and building predictable, scalable regional businesses.
    • Strong ability to recruit, coach, and retain top-performing sales leaders and account executives.
    • Deep expertise in enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations discipline.
    • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
    • Excellent communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise security buyers and complex B2B decision-making processes is highly preferred.
    • Experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or threat intelligence markets is a strong advantage.
    • Familiarity with channel, alliance, and partner-driven go-to-market motions is a plus.
