This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SMB – Account Executive-2 based in India.

This role is focused on driving new business acquisition in a high-volume, outbound sales environment, where your primary responsibility is to build and grow a strong pipeline of SMB clients. You will be responsible for proactively identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and positioning tailored advertising solutions that help small and medium businesses grow their visibility and customer base. The role requires strong discipline in managing a full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing deals—within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will leverage digital tools and platforms to source leads, conduct outreach, and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM systems. Success in this role depends on consistency, resilience, and the ability to perform in a metrics-oriented setting with clear targets. Accountabilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls and direct outreach to business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Yelp, and other lead-generation tools.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified SMB prospects.
  • Present and sell digital advertising solutions tailored to client business needs and growth objectives.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up consistently, and progress leads through the full sales cycle to closure.
  • Accurately track all sales activities, pipeline updates, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to outreach, pipeline generation, and revenue targets.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or high-volume prospecting roles.
    • Proven ability to independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline from scratch.
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
    • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle high activity levels.
    • Experience working with US-based clients or teams is highly preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US Central Time (11:30 PM – 7:00 AM IST).
    • Comfortable working in a remote setup with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
