About the Role
 
The Assistant Sales Manager leads and motivates the Sales Acquisition team composed of sales executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals. He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements
  • Strategize for local business development opportunities
  • Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts
  • Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.
  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager

  • What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise/client relationship management is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using sales tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • At least 5  years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.
  • Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis  and travel for business when / where needed.
  • Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub- Brgy. Pandan, Angeles, Pampanga
