This role is designed for a high-impact sales leader who will drive sustainable growth across a defined geographic region within the Property & Casualty insurance space. The position focuses on building strong sales performance, developing high-performing teams, and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. It requires a leader who can balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution, while fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. Working closely with national and regional leadership, this role plays a critical part in shaping recruitment strategy, talent development, and sales effectiveness. The environment is fast-paced, performance-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on results and leadership excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a sustainable organic growth strategy focused on revenue expansion, customer retention, and new business development within the assigned geography.
  • Establish, monitor, and drive sales targets aligned with national and regional business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to consistently achieve performance goals and strengthen overall productivity.
  • Partner with leadership and talent acquisition teams to identify recruitment needs, build pipelines, and attract top-performing sales talent.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance sales capability, technical insurance knowledge, and product expertise.
  • Analyze performance metrics, evaluate results, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Strengthen relationships with carrier partners and industry stakeholders to maximize product offerings and business opportunities.
  • Identify market expansion opportunities including new business channels, acquisitions, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, ideally within Property & Casualty insurance or a related industry.
    • Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage lines, and industry practices.
    • Valid Property & Casualty insurance producer license in good standing.
    • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a target-driven environment.
    • Strong strategic planning, analytical thinking, and performance management capabilities.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales performance tracking tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with strong accountability for outcomes.
