Sr. Sales Development Representative, Partner Team

This role sits at the core of a high-performing go-to-market motion focused on transforming account intelligence and buying signals into qualified sales pipeline. You will work within a data-driven SDR environment where outreach is informed by intent signals, account insights, and clear ideal customer profiles. The position requires a thoughtful, research-led approach to prospecting, engaging multiple stakeholders with relevance rather than generic outreach. You will partner closely with Account Executives and partner-facing teams to shape early-stage pipeline strategy and accelerate deal progression. Success in this role is defined by the quality and consistency of opportunities generated, as well as your ability to influence how target accounts are approached. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where strong performers build deep expertise in complex B2B sales cycles and develop a strong foundation for future growth in sales or GTM leadership roles.
Accountabilities:
- Generate qualified sales opportunities from a defined set of target accounts aligned with the ideal customer profile
- Partner closely with the Partner Team and Account Executives to refine target account strategy, messaging, and follow-up plans
- Research accounts, stakeholders, and buying groups to tailor outreach based on intent signals, business priorities, and GTM context
- Initiate multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) with personalized, insight-driven messaging
- Qualify inbound and outbound interest into well-defined opportunities that meet sales acceptance criteria
- Leverage account intelligence tools and sales platforms to prioritize outreach and improve conversion performance
- Maintain accurate CRM records including activity tracking, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity context
- Continuously iterate outreach strategies based on performance data, coaching, and feedback loops
- 1.5–4+ years of experience in SaaS sales development or outbound SDR roles in a high-volume environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Account Executives and cross-functional sales teams
- Strong experience engaging B2B buyers across multiple stakeholders and decision-making levels
- Demonstrated ability to craft tailored, account-specific outbound messaging with measurable cold outreach success
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate data-driven or technical SaaS solutions and their business value
- Highly organized approach to managing pipeline, follow-ups, and competing priorities
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong (preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to adapt messaging in real time
- Bonus: experience in martech, adtech, sales tech, or analytics-driven platforms
