This role supports large-scale construction and infrastructure programs by ensuring accurate, efficient, and reliable equipment inventory management across multiple sites. You will play a key part in tracking materials, monitoring inventory health, and resolving fulfillment gaps that impact operational continuity. The position blends hands-on inventory coordination with data validation, reporting support, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with procurement, logistics, planning, and project teams to ensure equipment readiness across complex, fast-moving environments. A strong focus is placed on data accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement. This is a detail-oriented, operational role ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet dynamic settings. Your work will directly contribute to keeping large-scale projects on track and running efficiently.

Accountabilities

You will manage inventory support activities across multiple projects, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination of equipment and materials throughout their lifecycle.

  • Support end-to-end equipment inventory management and material control processes across multiple campuses and projects.
  • Monitor inventory levels, equipment availability, and fulfillment status to ensure operational readiness.
  • Execute inventory adjustments, including rebalancing, reclassification, and material movement coordination.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and data quality issues across systems.
  • Support procurement and logistics teams with material ordering and fulfillment gap analysis.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment between demand signals and available stock.
  • Perform data validation and reporting support using internal systems and BI dashboards.
  • Assist with documentation of SOPs, workflows, and inventory management processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support forecasting, planning, and operational execution.
  • Requirements

    This role requires strong organizational skills, inventory or supply chain experience, and the ability to manage data-driven operational processes in fast-paced environments.

    • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or material control roles.
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory tracking or ERP systems.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure high levels of data accuracy.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Experience supporting equipment logistics or construction-related inventory is a plus.
    • Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and problem-solving ability.
