The position operates within a leadership triad, partnering closely with project management and engineering leadership to ensure alignment between design intent, execution readiness, and delivery outcomes. It requires strong visibility over design decisions, dependencies, and risks, ensuring all actions are tracked, owned, and closed with documented evidence. The role is highly collaborative, interfacing with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across highly regulated federal environments. It is suited for a seasoned design leader who thrives in complex, high-accountability programs where precision, structure, and coordination are critical to success.
