Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications for gaming platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Build reusable and maintainable UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks and component-driven architecture principles.
- Implement new features and improve existing functionality across game discovery, game lobbies, and related user experience flows.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and real-time data services using WebSockets where applicable.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, estimation, code reviews, testing, and continuous delivery processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of a multi-brand frontend architecture, including micro-frontend patterns and shared component systems.
- Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in production frontend applications.
- Solid experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Strong understanding of state management patterns and scalable frontend architecture.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or Karma for unit and integration testing.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Rollup, or similar tooling.
- Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and scalable UI system design.
- Ability to build performant, scalable web applications for high-traffic environments.
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams with strong collaboration skills.
