This is a high-impact engineering role focused on building across the full spectrum of a fast-evolving decentralized technology ecosystem. You will contribute to both user-facing applications and the core infrastructure that powers them, working at the intersection of product engineering, developer tooling, and platform systems. The environment is highly technical, fast-paced, and innovation-driven, where shipping quickly and iterating intelligently are key. You will be involved in everything from prototyping new ideas to scaling production-grade systems used by developers and end users alike. The role blends autonomy with deep technical ownership, allowing you to shape both what gets built and how it evolves. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevRel, Product, and Business teams to ensure what you build is impactful, usable, and aligned with ecosystem growth. Accountabilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end full stack products, including consumer applications, developer tools, and internal platform systems
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs supporting large-scale decentralized applications
- Develop developer-facing tools such as SDKs, CLIs, libraries, and starter kits to improve ecosystem adoption and usability
- Create internal tooling and infrastructure that improves engineering velocity and system reliability
- Own features across their full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping through production deployment and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevRel, Marketing, and Business Development to align technical outputs with go-to-market needs
- Identify gaps in the ecosystem and proactively design and implement solutions to address them
- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across all layers of the stack
- Continuously improve systems through iteration, testing, and refinement based on real-world usage
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript across the full stack, including modern frontend frameworks and backend services
- Experience building production-grade front-end applications with attention to performance and usability
- Solid backend engineering skills, including APIs, service design, and data-layer architecture
- Familiarity with Golang is a plus for specific backend or performance-critical components
- Strong understanding or genuine interest in blockchain, crypto, or on-chain systems
- Proven ability to operate with high ownership, autonomy, and product-minded thinking
- Experience balancing fast prototyping with long-term production hardening and system reliability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth technical environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
