As a Senior Revenue Cycle Project Management Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and financial performance across healthcare revenue cycle functions. This position combines project leadership, business analysis, and performance management to deliver strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, standardization, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee complex projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, monitor key performance indicators, and support continuous process improvement efforts. Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage multiple revenue cycle projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies to support project success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and achievement of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting metrics, and operational dashboards to track progress and outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and barriers while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive process standardization initiatives and promote adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement efforts by conducting post-project evaluations and implementing lessons learned.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing across projects.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, project management, business analysis, performance improvement, or related areas.
    • Strong understanding of core revenue cycle functions, including Patient Access, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Denials Management.
    • Proven experience leading projects, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and develop actionable recommendations to improve performance.
    • Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms preferred.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
    • Experience with process improvement methodologies and project management best practices is highly desirable.
