This role is focused on driving consistent growth in a fast-paced real estate sales environment, with a strong emphasis on outbound lead generation and seller acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential property sellers through multiple prospecting channels, including expired listings, FSBOs, and database reactivation campaigns. The position requires a highly proactive and disciplined sales professional who thrives on structured follow-up and relationship-building. You will play a key role in converting cold and warm leads into qualified appointments for the sales team. Working remotely, you will operate in a performance-driven setting where communication quality and persistence directly impact success. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth while developing long-term client relationships in the real estate space.
Accountabilities:
- Generate, contact, and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting activities, including expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, and database outreach.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads, overcome objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate handover of lead information.
- Maintain up-to-date and well-structured CRM records, ensuring pipeline accuracy and tracking of all interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners to support ongoing business development.
- Follow established sales workflows while contributing ideas to improve processes and conversion efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent or in seller-focused outbound prospecting roles.
- Proven experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Strong familiarity with expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, and investor or cash offer leads.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a clear, professional, and persuasive speaking style.
- Strong CRM proficiency and experience using prospecting and sales tracking tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and prospects.
