You will provide strategic leadership while ensuring security initiatives align with broader business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Accountabilities:
- Define and drive enterprise security architecture strategy across network, application, data, and identity domains, ensuring alignment with business and compliance objectives.
- Design and implement scalable security frameworks across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, ensuring resilience and defense-in-depth principles.
- Lead initiatives in identity and access management, including secure authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls.
- Assess, manage, and mitigate security risks by identifying vulnerabilities and developing robust remediation and control strategies.
- Evaluate, integrate, and optimize advanced security technologies across the enterprise, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Drive automation across security operations and architecture to improve efficiency, consistency, and threat response capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to embed security controls into system design, development pipelines, and infrastructure deployments.
- Provide leadership in security monitoring, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention strategies.
- Influence stakeholders across the organization through education, consultation, and security best practice advocacy.
- Support development of secure, scalable architectures incorporating modern cloud security and zero-trust principles.
- 10+ years of experience in information security with a strong focus on security architecture in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise designing and securing on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of core security domains including identity and access management, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, and SASE architectures.
- Experience implementing scalable security solutions based on defense-in-depth and zero-trust principles.
- Strong understanding of cloud security practices and securing distributed cloud environments.
- Experience integrating security into development pipelines and workflows using DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with security monitoring and logging tools such as SIEM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data protection principles and privacy regulations.
- Proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across large organizations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to operate effectively in remote, distributed, and multi-time-zone environments.
- Competitive annual salary range: $146,000 to $156,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
