  • Supervise, coach, and develop AR team members, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and alignment with operational goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve the order-to-cash process.
  • Maintain accurate AR reporting dashboards and KPI tracking to support forecasting and executive decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and financial reporting needs in collaboration with Accounting and Finance leadership.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong expertise in AR operations including billing, collections, cash application, aging analysis, and DSO management.
    • Experience working in high-volume environments such as SaaS, subscription-based, or usage-based billing models.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced reporting, formulas, and data analysis.
    • Experience with ERP or billing systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

    • Ability to manage competing priorities, drive operational discipline, and maintain strong attention to detail.
    • Benefits:

      • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
      • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
      • Flexible PTO and paid holidays, supporting work-life balance.
