Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and revenue performance, supporting a high-impact go-to-market organization with actionable insights that shape business growth. You will work closely with sales, finance, product, and data science teams to transform complex datasets into clear, decision-ready intelligence. The position requires strong technical depth in SQL and BigQuery, along with the ability to design scalable dashboards and analytics systems. You will help build and maintain the data foundations that power both traditional reporting and emerging AI-driven analytics. In this environment, speed, accuracy, and clarity of insight are essential to enabling revenue teams to perform at their best. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where your work directly influences sales effectiveness and business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives in partnership with sales, go-to-market strategy, finance, product, and data science teams to support revenue growth and operational decision-making.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models, semantic layers, and analytics frameworks that power both dashboards and AI-enabled reporting systems.
  • Develop, optimize, and manage ETL workflows, data pipelines, and Salesforce-to-revenue mappings using BigQuery and related data tools.
  • Design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions that surface key performance metrics and business insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations that drive strategic and operational improvements.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes and continuously improve data accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency across analytics systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across revenue reporting infrastructure while supporting ongoing enhancements to analytics tooling.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, analytics, economics, or computer science.
    • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases in a complex data environment.
    • 3+ years of experience building dashboards using tools such as Looker or equivalent BI platforms.
    • Strong experience working with large-scale datasets, with exposure to BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses preferred.
    • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive measurable business outcomes and revenue impact.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
    • Experience in online advertising or digital marketing environments is a strong plus.
