As part of the EPM Finance team, Financial Analyst III serves as a key business partner supporting day-to-day financial operations and execution. This role works closely with commercial and operational leaders to drive visibility into business performance, support weekly and monthly execution rhythms, and ensure alignment to financial commitments. The position emphasizes real-time business support, operational analytics, and ownership of key business processes that enable delivery against revenue and operational targets. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to support business execution, performance tracking, and delivery against financial commitments
• Own and drive Business Execution Touchpoint weekly meetings, including preparation of materials, performance tracking, and follow-up actions
• Manage and monitor backlog execution, ensuring visibility into order conversion, risks, and opportunities
• Perform book and ship revenue conversion analysis, identifying gaps between orders, shipments, and revenue realization
• Support and coordinate weekly forecasting processes, including pipeline updates, shipment outlook, and risk/opportunity assessment
• Analyze key business drivers including volume, pricing, mix, and backlog trends to provide actionable insights and provide timely and accurate financial and operational reporting to support decision-making
• Support monthly close activities and provide variance analysis with a focus on operational drivers while working with R&D, Marketing and Commercial leadership
• Provide clear and concise financial commentary to explain performance against plan, forecast, and prior periods
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, and business processes
• Drive continuous improvement in business reporting, forecasting cadence, and execution tracking tools
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, or related role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., PLN, SPoT, CMR, SAP) and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting a commercial or operational business unit
• Familiarity with order management, backlog, and revenue recognition concepts
• Experience in a manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environment
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00–$111,100.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
