This is an exciting opportunity to join a global, fully remote environment focused on delivering seamless international benefits operations at scale. In this role, you will support employees and clients across multiple countries, ensuring smooth administration of benefits programs within a fast-paced, distributed HR operations setting. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day benefits processes, resolving employee inquiries, and ensuring accuracy across systems and data workflows. The role combines operational precision with strong customer focus, requiring you to work across multiple tools, stakeholders, and time zones. You will contribute directly to improving the employee experience by ensuring benefits are correctly administered, clearly communicated, and efficiently managed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured operations work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service in a global context.
Accountabilities:
- Provide high-quality support to employees and clients regarding benefits administration, coverage, enrollment, and related queries
- Manage and resolve tickets and escalations through support systems such as Zendesk and email channels
- Execute accurate data handling tasks including entry, validation, extraction, and maintenance across multiple systems
- Support benefits operations processes including invoicing, billing, enrollment changes, and platform updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver consistent, reliable solutions
- Maintain and update operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge bases
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct research and contribute to structured knowledge documentation using internal tools
- Support continuous improvement of benefits programs through data analysis and operational feedback
- Act as a key contributor to ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of global benefits operations
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations or Benefits Administration, ideally within a global or EOR/PEO environment
- Strong understanding of employee benefits processes including enrollment, invoicing, and plan administration
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data accurately across multiple systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote or distributed environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, issues, and process improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working across multiple tools, platforms, and international stakeholders
