Servicing Investor Relations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Servicing Investor Relations Manager based in the United States.

This role is a key operational leadership position within investor relations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all investor-facing servicing deliverables. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of reporting, servicing transfers, and inbound investor requests across a fast-paced and regulated environment.
The position requires strong coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with investor requirements and contractual obligations.
You will lead and support an operational team, driving accountability, workload balance, and performance against strict SLAs and reporting timelines.
The role sits at the intersection of servicing operations, capital markets, legal, and investor communications, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.
You will also play a critical role in identifying process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening reporting accuracy.
This is a highly execution-focused role with direct impact on investor confidence, operational reliability, and overall servicing performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee daily Investor Relations servicing operations, including investor reporting, inbound requests, servicing transfers, and ad hoc inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the IR operations team by setting expectations, monitoring performance, and ensuring accountability to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain and manage centralized tracking systems, reporting calendars, and workflow tools to ensure full visibility and execution of all deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and external partners to resolve investor requests and ensure accurate communication.
  • Monitor SLA adherence, identify operational risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality and reliability.
  • Support servicing transfer processes and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and investor requirements.
  • Prepare reporting summaries, operational updates, and materials to support senior leadership and investor discussions.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of IR operations.
  • Requirements:

    • 4–6 years of experience in investor relations, loan servicing operations, capital markets operations, or related financial services roles.
    • Strong understanding of loan servicing structures, investor reporting requirements, and operational workflows.
    • Proven experience managing SLAs, deadlines, and high-volume operational processes in a structured environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage internal leadership and external partners.
    • Experience working with capital markets, legal, or institutional investors is highly preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
