This role is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketer to lead paid social and creator acquisition strategies within a fast-paced digital environment. You will own the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across major platforms while leveraging creator partnerships to drive customer acquisition and business growth. Sitting at the intersection of media buying, creative strategy, and cultural marketing, this position requires a strong understanding of performance marketing and creative optimization. You will collaborate closely with creative, lifecycle, finance, and operations teams to develop innovative campaigns, test new ideas, and scale successful initiatives. The role offers significant ownership over channel performance, budget management, and customer acquisition outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute paid social acquisition strategies across Meta and emerging social advertising platforms, ensuring performance against acquisition and efficiency goals
  • Lead paid creator and influencer acquisition initiatives, including partner sourcing, campaign briefing, content approvals, performance measurement, and optimization
  • Drive customer acquisition growth through creative-led media buying, continuously testing and refining messaging, formats, audiences, and creative concepts
  • Partner closely with creative teams to translate campaign insights into actionable creative briefs and high-performing content strategies
  • Develop and manage a structured experimentation roadmap to generate ongoing performance improvements and actionable learnings
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing teams to optimize acquisition efforts based on customer quality, engagement, retention, and long-term value
  • Maintain compliance with platform advertising policies and industry regulations while ensuring campaign integrity and account health
  • Support budget forecasting, planning, and allocation decisions in partnership with leadership and finance stakeholders
  • Work with analytics and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Evaluate and onboard new social platforms, creator partnerships, and marketing technologies to diversify acquisition channels
  • Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and key insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Document processes, testing frameworks, and best practices to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing
  • Requirements:

    • 5–8 years of hands-on paid media experience with deep expertise in paid social advertising, particularly on Meta platforms
    • Proven success scaling customer acquisition through creative-led performance marketing strategies
    • Experience managing paid influencer, creator, or partnership advertising campaigns, including whitelisting and branded content initiatives
    • Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, customer quality, and retention indicators
    • Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze structured experimentation programs
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering effectively with creative teams and content creators
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
    • Self-directed mindset with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and changing priorities
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Familiarity with attribution and measurement platforms, including GA4, mobile measurement partners, and tracking solutions
    • Experience with creator marketplaces, user-generated content programs, social listening tools, or creator sourcing workflows is advantageous
    • Strong awareness of social trends, cultural moments, and emerging platform opportunities
    • Experience in marketplace, publisher, platform-based businesses, or regulated industries is considered a plus
