Global Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator based in India.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and global program execution, driving high-impact student-facing initiatives across multiple international markets. You will be responsible for planning and scaling global competitions such as case challenges, essay contests, and debates that engage high-school students worldwide. The position combines strategic partnership development with hands-on campaign execution, ensuring strong visibility, participation, and lead generation. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and business development teams to create seamless, high-performing campaigns. Operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will play a key role in shaping how ambitious students discover and engage with global education opportunities. This is a highly cross-functional role where creativity, structure, and ownership directly translate into measurable global impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships with schools, student organizations, and external partners to expand global reach and participation in student competitions, while also contributing to marketing-driven partnership initiatives that support visibility and engagement.
  • Act as the main liaison for partner organizations, overseeing relationship management, negotiations, joint initiatives, and end-to-end coordination across the partnership lifecycle.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee global student competitions from launch to completion, ensuring smooth timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and product teams to develop strong campaign assets, messaging, and promotional materials for each initiative.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership and campaign performance, including lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Support participant engagement and lead nurturing efforts throughout the competition lifecycle to improve conversion from awareness to qualified leads.
  • Represent programs in partner meetings, events, and calls while proactively identifying new partnership opportunities to scale participation globally.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in marketing, partnerships, or growth-focused roles, ideally with exposure to education, EdTech, or Gen Z/student audiences. You should be highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple projects across global stakeholders.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or growth roles.
    • Experience working with youth audiences (14–19) or in education/EdTech environments is highly desirable.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global campaigns simultaneously.
    • Excellent written communication, storytelling, and content sensibility for marketing and campaign execution.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation strategies.
    • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to execution.
    • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced, and remote/global environments.
