Sr. Content Manager

Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Content Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a high-impact content engine designed to scale storytelling, demand generation, and thought leadership across a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will transform conversations, interviews, and insights into multi-format editorial assets that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline influence across the full funnel. Working closely with content leadership, you will help operationalize a video-first, conversation-led strategy that spans blog, web, social, email, and sales enablement content. The environment is highly collaborative, data-informed, and built for speed, requiring strong editorial judgment and executional discipline. You will also play a key role in leveraging AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining editorial excellence. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in scaling content systems, not just producing individual pieces.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end content execution across multiple formats, including long-form articles, blogs, ebooks, case studies, web copy, email sequences, social content, and sales enablement assets, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with editorial strategy.
  • Transform conversations, webinars, podcasts, and events into multi-channel content outputs that support awareness, demand generation, and revenue enablement.
  • Develop content tailored to different buyer personas and stages of the funnel, adapting tone, messaging, and depth for nonprofit and mission-driven audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, sales, and design teams to amplify campaigns and ensure content consistency across channels.
  • Support SEO and AEO optimization efforts, including keyword research, content structuring, internal linking, and optimization for AI-driven search environments.
  • Manage and optimize the social content ecosystem by adapting long-form assets into platform-specific content and maintaining a structured editorial calendar.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Requirements:

This role requires 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, ideally with exposure to nonprofit, mission-driven, or social impact sectors. Candidates should bring a strong editorial portfolio demonstrating versatility across long-form writing, digital campaigns, and repurposed multimedia content. You should be highly skilled in writing clear, compelling content that adapts to different audiences and business goals while maintaining a consistent voice. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with AEO principles is essential. Experience using AI tools to scale content production and research is expected, with the ability to integrate them thoughtfully rather than rely on them entirely. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-volume output without sacrificing quality.

    • 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS content roles
    • Proven portfolio across editorial, web, social, and campaign content
    • Strong storytelling and copywriting ability across multiple audience segments
    • Experience with SEO and content optimization strategies
    • Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows and tools
    • Ability to repurpose video and conversational content into written assets
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
    • High capacity for managing multiple concurrent content initiatives
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation with on-target earnings of approximately $125,400–$136,400 USD
      • 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (with dependent coverage options)
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
      • Generous PTO package including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and floating days
      • Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers
      • Home office stipend to support remote work setup
      • Annual professional development budget for learning and career growth
      • Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off
      • Disability and life insurance fully covered by the employer
      • Fully remote work environment within the United States
