This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for driving enterprise sales performance across a strategically important region during a period of transformation and accelerated growth.
You will lead a senior-facing sales organisation focused on expanding key enterprise accounts while securing new high-value clients across complex markets.
The role combines strategic leadership, executive relationship management, and hands-on commercial execution at the highest level.
You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders within some of the largest organisations in the staffing and recruitment ecosystem.
Working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, you will shape regional strategy, structure, and go-to-market direction.
This position offers significant visibility across the wider organisation and directly influences long-term revenue growth and customer success.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organisation responsible for strategic account growth, retention, and new business acquisition across key enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with CEOs, founders, and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for key accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through expansion strategies, complex deal execution, and identification of new enterprise opportunities across the portfolio.
- Oversee executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, steering committees, and high-level customer engagements.
- Guide organisational transformation efforts within the regional enterprise sales function, shaping structure, processes, and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure alignment on customer outcomes and value delivery.
- Represent the organisation externally through industry events, thought leadership, and executive networking to strengthen market presence.
- Manage complex escalations and ensure resolution of high-stakes customer situations while maintaining long-term relationship value.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior enterprise sales leadership roles within SaaS, software, or technology-driven organisations.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through retention, expansion, and new business acquisition in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong track record of leading teams through transformation, scaling, or significant organisational change.
- Extensive experience building and maintaining C-level relationships with executive stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership style and ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, strategic account management, and value-based selling approaches.
- Strong knowledge of AI trends and their impact on enterprise software and customer expectations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, or workforce technology sectors is a strong advantage.
