The Opportunity
This position works out of our APAC regional (Singapore) location in the Commercial Excellence / Analytics function. This function drives data-led decision making by delivering actionable insights, strengthening analytics capabilities, and ensuring data governance across markets.
As the Regional Analytics Lead, you’ll have the chance to drive advanced analytics initiatives across APAC, partnering closely with regional and country stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll support commercial and strategic decision-making, build analytics capabilities within business teams, and ensure consistency, governance, and best practices across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead regional analytics initiatives across multiple APAC markets and commercial functions
- Act as a strategic analytics partner, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews with predictive analytics
- Design and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports using Power BI
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
- Drive automation and self-service reporting to enhance efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across markets
- Build analytics capabilities through training and enablement of business teams
- Share best practices, tools, and methodologies across the region
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong expertise in analytical programming (Python, R, or equivalent)
- Experience working with databases and SQL
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, DAX, Power Query)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of NLP models (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa, DistilBERT)
- Experience with data engineering and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, SSIS)
- Proven track record in deploying analytics models into production environments
- Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple markets
- Prior experience in regional or global roles supporting cross-functional teams
