Product Manager (Senior/Staff/Principal)

Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager (Senior/Staff/Principal) based in the United States.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact product leadership role within a fast-scaling, remote-first organization building a category-defining personal finance platform. You will take end-to-end responsibility for a major product area, shaping experiences that help users understand, manage, and improve their financial lives. The role spans discovery, prioritization, execution, and iteration, with full accountability for outcomes in production. Depending on your strengths, you may focus on core financial product surfaces, data aggregation infrastructure, or AI-powered user experiences that redefine how people interact with their money. This is a deeply hands-on IC role where you are expected to build, not just coordinate, operating with significant autonomy and trust. The environment is fast-moving, craft-driven, and highly collaborative, with AI deeply embedded into how the team works and ships products.

Accountabilities:

  • Own a high-leverage product area end-to-end, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap definition, execution, and post-launch iteration.
  • Define and drive product strategy across one of three domains: Core Product surfaces, financial data aggregation infrastructure, or AI-powered user experiences.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear priorities, structured tradeoffs, and actionable development plans.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-quality features with strong attention to craft, reliability, and user trust.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights, including user research, behavioral data, and feedback loops, to inform product decisions.
  • Evaluate and evolve technical and data-heavy systems, particularly in areas such as integrations, financial data pipelines, or AI-driven workflows.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can meaningfully improve user experience and internal workflows, while maintaining trust and clarity.
  • Drive continuous product iteration post-launch, ensuring strong performance, usability, and long-term value delivery.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or platform products with strong technical or systems complexity.
    • Proven ability to own end-to-end product areas with high autonomy and measurable impact.
    • Strong product sense and craft, with the ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams on data-heavy, technical, or infrastructure-adjacent products.
    • Familiarity with or strong curiosity about AI-powered product development, with hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine data, research, and intuition to make sound product decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align engineering, design, and leadership stakeholders.
    • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership expectations.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base compensation aligned with Senior, Staff, or Principal level impact
      • Equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed company
      • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage (based on location)
      • Unlimited PTO and strong focus on work-life flexibility
      • Monthly company-wide long weekend for rest and recharge
      • Home office and remote work setup stipend
      • Opportunity to work on deeply impactful, category-defining consumer financial products.
